Interview About the Northern Cyprus Real Estate Sector

Why I resign my general directorate mission in Hürriyet Emlak Company in Turkey and come to North Cyprus is a frequently asked question and the answer is actually very simple. TRNC has a promising real estate market with its unique nature, developing economy and opportunities brought by the quality of life.

Being affordable for residential and commercial building, around an average of 10 years for the return of the investment cost and the return of properties to bring in foreign currency, especially  for investors from Turkey is a great opportunity. Our first goal is to offer investors from Turkey the opportunity of TRNC, as a result of jam on Turkey market, lopsided price increase, and because of the origin of the impact of instability pushing impotency in the real estate sector.

In my work with Cyprus for many years, I have observed that the number of real estate offices throughout the island, with the understanding of real estate that is changing and developing, using the digital world actively and correctly, and having goals and plans for the future is few in number. Situations are different in Century 21 Island office, my opinion for both the broker and the consultant team is that their current situation on this issue is in front of many offices.
In Century 21 Island office, which is the growing and shining team of the market, we offer high service quality with a successful system and infrastructure with our equipped and strong team. We have made our plans to become the leading real estate consultancy office on the island and will bring into action them.            
Another plan is, by introducing TRNC which has great potential, to investors who located in Turkey and other countries, become the most furthest brand in the island that bring in the investors with new services and advantageous deals.
